Rustom Footwear specializes in handmade, custom footwear. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge the following:

• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate measurements, sizing, and customization details. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.
• Production Time: Each pair is handcrafted with care. Production times are estimates and may vary. We will provide an estimated completion date upon order confirmation.
• Artisanal Variations: Our products are made from natural materials like genuine leather. Minor variations in color, grain, or texture are inherent characteristics of handmade items and are not considered defects.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice.
• Full payment is required before we begin production on any custom order.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees levied by your country or region.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to locations worldwide. Please note the following:

• Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
• Risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, our return policy is as follows:

• Custom Orders: All custom-made orders are final sale. They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of a clear manufacturing defect.
• Manufacturing Defects: If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us at sales@rustamfootwear.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include photographic evidence. We reserve the right to determine whether a defect is eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund.
• Standard (Non-Custom) Products: If we offer any standard, non-customized products, they may be returned within 14 days in unworn, original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Rustom Footwear and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
