Order Processing Time

All our products are handcrafted with precision and care. As such, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process, craft, and prepare your order for shipment. During peak seasons, this may extend slightly, but we will always keep you informed.

Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

We are proud to serve our customers across Pakistan.

  • Carrier: We partner with reputable local couriers (e.g., TCS, Leopards).
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched.
  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be indicated at the top of our website.

International Shipping

We are delighted to ship our handmade footwear to customers worldwide from our base in Pakistan.

  • Carrier: We use trusted international carriers like DHL and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days after dispatch, depending on your country and its customs procedures.
  • Shipping Cost: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important for International Orders)

Rustom Footwear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend you check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to track the status of your delivery.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of order. Rustom Footwear is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at sales@rustamfootwear.com. We can only make changes if your order has not yet been processed for shipment.

Please check with your neighbors or your local post office. Sometimes, packages are marked as delivered prematurely. If you still cannot locate your package after 48 hours, please contact us with your order number, and we will assist you.
